How it works.

As lightly or as formally as suits. Some leaders keep me retained: a monthly call, a quarterly board session, a seat at the table when it helps. Others book a single day to test a plan before it goes anywhere public. Both work, and both stay confidential.

What stays in the room, stays in the room.

Chairs and chief executives do not tend to publicise their sounding boards, and that is rather the point of having one. So there is no client list here, and there never will be. What I can offer instead is what people who know the sector say about the judgement itself.
