A good host is barely noticed while everything runs smoothly, and worth their weight the moment it doesn’t. Here’s the work, in plain terms.

Hosting and compering Awards evenings and full conference days. I set the tone, keep the timings honest, and deal with the surprises so you don’t have to.
Chairing and moderating A good panel is a conversation, not four mini keynotes. I do the homework, draw out the quieter voices and keep everyone honest.
Facilitation Roundtables, workshops and board sessions with a clear structure and an output worth having.
The homework Briefing calls, speaker research and a proper read of your audience beforehand. The effortless bit on the day is built the week before.
